The 40 Days, 40 Miles, 40 Questions Guide is a 15-minute a day spiritual exercise to engage your mind, your heart, and your body. The challenge is not so much about “giving up something for Lent.”  It is a challenge to reflect and go deeper to prepare for Easter.

For 40 days our challenge is to walk one mile a day reflecting on one question that you’ll hold in your heart and take with you on your one mile walk.

The challenge for 2024 begins February 15 and continues for 40 days until the day before Easter.
