Vocation Care is our new initiative to help men and women in the marketplace navigate the whitewater of work, calling, purpose and fulfillment.
Vocation Care helps people gain clarity, direction and fulfillment in their vocation journey. We help people navigate the white water of their vocational search for fulfillment, significance, and rhythm moving towards a sustainable and integrated vocational engagement and legacy in the workplace.
What does Vocation Care do?

- Help employees move towards increased vocational engagement and fulfillment integrating their true self with their vocational calling.
- Offer seminars to present the core values of vocational fullness: identity, vocational DNA, optimal vocational context and vocational rhythm

- Development of vocational movements to navigate towards vocational fullness and engagement in the world.
- Retreats during the year with other like minded pilgrims on their vocational journey.
