Soul Care

Caring for the soul is our privilege and also our responsibility.  Soul care is about stewarding our souls well so that we can live, lead, give and enjoy through life’s journey.  If we don’t, we’ll burn out and give up. We simply cannot run our lives on empty. Jesus said, we can indeed gain the whole world but lose our souls in the process.

Potter’s Inn offers soul care to leaders in the market place and ministry spheres. This is available in private one on one sessions, extended times of retreat—called a “Soul Care Intensive” or through LiveStream and Skype appointments with someone on our team.

Personal Soul Care – individuals and couples can make appointments with a staff member for spiritual direction, counseling, mentoring and coaching. Please contact the office to schedule an appointment.

Couples Soul Care – Couples wanting to work on their relationship, spiritual vitality in their marriage, intimacy, and other issues can make appointments with someone on staff.

Soul Care Intensives – We offer 3, 5, and 10 day private retreats for the care of the soul. The soul care intensive is a 360 degree walk around your soul. This is available for individuals and couples. For more info click here (2 pages pdfs)

Missionary Care – Potter’s Inn works with over 100 different mission agencies who send people to work in cross cultural settings. Steve and Gwen Smith are adjunct faculty with Mission Training International based in Monument, Colorado. All the staff of Potter’s Inn has extensive overseas working experience and are well qualified to offer missionaries care for their souls. The staff of Potter’s Inn has traveled internationally partnering with several different mission agencies to offer worldwide retreats.

Pastoral Care – Potter’s Inn offers extensive soul care for pastors and spouses. Care for the pastors soul happens through soul care intensives and individual appointments. All the PI staff have worked for local churches in their ministry careers.
