-The body’s biological rhythm and circadian rhythms.
-The rhythm of life/work integration
-The myth of trying to balance our lives and “doing it all.”
-Sabbath and Sabbatical rhythm
-How to develop your plan for living in the Jesus Rhythm

Often in marriage a gap develops between the two spouses that occurs over time. Unresolved issues linger making space between the souls. Disillusionment sets in creating a larger gap. This weekend focuses on closing the gap in marriage. Talks, exercises and meaningful conversations will all be a part of this weekend.  This weekend retreat is in Baltimore, MD

This is a training retreat to learn more about spiritual formation and the care of the soul. Participants will live in a Benedictine Rhythm, observe the Daily Office, receive daily spiritual direction and explore how to care for your own soul as well as the soul of others.
